Woven in the town of Serab, 60 miles east of the city of Tabriz and 20 miles southeast of the Heriz district. All are thick, tightly woven rugs, slightly coarser than a Bijar rug, heavier than a Bijar, and just as compactly woven. All are made of camels’ hair wool, and the principal colors are different shades of undyed camel wool.
Good condition! No stains, no odor. Sides and ends original. Medium low pile. Contains some color minor color running and prior restoration. As shown in pictures.
